About Me

My name is Faith Arnett (she/her/hers) and I am a senior at UC Davis majoring in Design and English with an emphasis in exhibition design.

Ever since I discovered the power of storytelling, I have committed myself to constantly improving my writing and artistic abilities to better communicate ideas that showcase my unique perspective. Recently, I found exhibition design to be the perfect combination of both storytelling and visual construction, the primary challenge being finding a working balance between the two.

The way I have addressed this challenge is by basing my work on my values of inclusivity and diversity. I strive to engage audiences through unique, hands-on experiences that will inspire people to think differently about the world around them and to learn and create no matter their background.

  • First place winner for the 2022 Diana Lynn Bogart Prize for Fiction at UC Davis for Gen Z Guernica

“Blazing and bold, these three stories show young people at the crossroads of confidence and confusion. I love the surprising twist and the way that the story soars upward and plummets down to reality. Gen Z Guernica is a tour de force juxtaposing scenes of death with ones of the wild of immortality of youth.”
